Debbie Thompson

Debbie has 15+ years senior level HR experience. She has a keen focus on the value of high performing human capital, talent acquisition and organizational development. Debbie brings a wealth of experience in scaling and growing technology enabled companies. 

Debbie most recently comes from Boundless Geo, where she directed and oversaw all human resource functions and was a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team in developing and executing business plans across the organization.  Prior to Boundless, Debbie was with Lumeris, Inc as an HR Director and Business Partner to leaders throughout the $800M + organization helping design and execute HR strategies and helping drive operational excellence.   At the time, Lumeris had over 800 employees, including 100+ in Hyderabad, India with whom she served as the primary HR liaison with the St. Louis Corporate office.
